06/11/2024Chapa 10 sub judice com impugnação questionando regularidade da candidatura
O blog recebeu a informação de que a Chapa 10, “O Trabalho Segue. A Advocacia Avança”, está sub judice após a apresentação de uma impugnação formal à Comissão Eleitoral Seccional da OAB do Rio Grande do Norte. A impugnação questiona a regularidade do registro da candidatura, apontando possíveis falhas que poderiam invalidar o processo.
A principal alegação é de que a chapa estaria incompleta devido à duplicação de candidatos, o que violaria o art. 10 do Provimento 222/2023 do CFOAB, que exige a formação de uma chapa completa. Essa duplicidade resultaria na falta de 12 candidatos para compor o quadro.
Além disso, há questionamentos sobre a adimplência de uma das candidatas em relação a suas obrigações financeiras em outras seccionais da OAB, o que, de acordo com o art. 11 do provimento, é um critério essencial para a elegibilidade. A Comissão Eleitoral investigará as informações financeiras da candidata nas seccionais da Paraíba e de São Paulo e, caso confirmadas as irregularidades, poderá indeferir o registro da chapa ou excluir a candidata. A decisão da Comissão deverá ser anunciada nos próximos dias.
