Diante da proximidade do lançamento do edital da lei Paulo Gustavo no âmbito municipal, a Secretaria de Cultura do Assú promoveu no último dia vinte e dois uma oficina direcionada à criação de projetos culturais, ministrada pela competente equipe da Valer. Tendo em vista que o setor cultural local não possui familiaridade com editais, leis de incentivos e projetos técnicos, essa ocasião foi muito propícia, pois proporcionou uma oportunidade para esclarecer dúvidas sobre as temáticas abordadas na oficina. Isso foi compreendido por todos os presentes, artistas de diversos segmentos como música, teatro, poesia, audiovisual e artes plásticas, que reconheceram a necessidade de mais encontros formativos para que a construção dos projetos seja mais consistente. Ficou acordado entre todos a necessidade de mais dois seminários formativos, cujas datas serão definidas pela Secretaria de Cultura.
Portanto, é necessário que os produtores artísticos se apropriem desses mecanismos de incentivo cultural e busquem viabilizar suas produções por meio de projetos embasados e bem construídos. Por outro lado, é preciso prestar atenção àqueles que não possuem nível de escolaridade e acesso a recursos formativos, para que não sejam excluídos do processo de seleção de editais. É necessário olhar para esse público e evitar sua marginalização cultural. Por fim, parabenizamos a iniciativa da Secretaria de Cultura, na pessoa de Yamara Santos e o agente cultural Thiago França, assim como toda a equipe da Valer, por proporcionarem um momento informativo à classe artística.
