16/11/2024Rossana Fonseca anuncia redução geral de 30% na anuidade da OAB/RN
A advogada Rossana Fonseca, candidata à presidência da OAB pela Chapa 20 – OAB Forte, anunciou nesta quarta-feira(13) a proposta de redução da anuidade com objetivo de diminuir a inadimplência para permitir que os advogados fiquem aptos para o exercício da profissão. “ É menos anuidade e mais OAB” , destacou a candidata durante o anuncio da proposta no programa Repórter 98, da 98 FM.
Entenda como vai funcionar
A proposta irá oferecer um desconto 30% na anuidade para todos os advogados com mais de cinco anos de profissão, posicionando a anuidade da OAB como a mais acessível do Brasil.
Além disso, prevê um
desconto de 75% na anuidade para a jovem advocacia nos três primeiros anos de atuação, seguido de um desconto de 50% nos dois anos seguintes.
A anuidade do RN no topo do ranking nacional
Segundo levantamento do Portal Migalhas, a anuidade da OAB/RN é atualmente a segunda mais cara do Nordeste e uma das maiores do país. Rossana Fonseca destacou que essa situação decorre de uma má administração e da falta de um plano de redução viável com o corte de despesas excessivas, como gastança com diárias de diretores e com viagens desnecessárias. Rossana quer mudar a realidade, equilibrando as receitas e liberando recursos para oferecer benefícios reais à advocacia.
