Poderíamos expor mais exemplos, mas com a descrição acima já deixamos claras a incoerência e a discrepância no processo para a ocupação de cargos que são igualmente relevantes, cada um com sua especificidade.
Ao vereador, são dadas glórias e honrarias pelo mínimo feito, quando não estão fazendo mais que suas obrigações por um salário tão alto quanto o que recebem, que hoje se assemelha ao salário de profissionais da medicina. Aos profissionais, cobranças, locais de trabalho insalubres e salários defasados. Valorização? Nunca se viu!
E quando a cobrança aos caríssimos vereadores bate à porta, estes se portam como vítimas, mostrando o trabalho já feito, a emenda para o calçamento, a foto da bola entregue às crianças, como se isso fosse um favor à sociedade.
Em 2024 precisamos mais uma vez escolher quem nos representará e se você acredita que os salários já são altos, para 2025 já temos aumento garantido. Enquanto isso, as filas para acesso à saúde continuam, problemas na educação também, não há projetos relevantes para os jovens e nenhuma perspectiva de mudança.
